IAmLearningHowToGolf.com is a work of Jabez and me (aka Bryan). We both are best friends from college and have been playing golf together since then.
We started this blog to help all the beginning golfers facing the same challenges we did when we started golfing. We want to ensure you don’t give up on this great game because of some early struggles. Trust us; it’s worth it!
Why Us?
You might be thinking about why read Jabez and Bryan’s content when there are already a million other golf blogs. That’s a great question! But I have a few reasons that I think will make you want to come back again and again.
- We’re relatable – we started golfing later in life (in our 20s – roughly speaking 10 years back now), so we get where you’re coming from.
- We’re normal guys – We’re just like you. We don’t claim to be pros; we’re still learning too. But we’ve put in the time and effort to get pretty darn good.
- We want to help – This blog is all about helping other golfers improve. We’re not in it to just sell you stuff; we actually want to help you out.
- & We’re brutally honest: If we think something stinks, we’ll tell you. Not everything in golf is great, and we’ll make sure to let you know what the waste of time is.
About the founders
At IAmLearningHowToGolf.com, we’re all about helping golfers improve their game and have more fun on the course. And that’s exactly what we, Jabez and Bryan, aim to do.
Jabez has been playing golf since he was a young child, and he has a wealth of experience to share. But more importantly, Jabez is someone who truly cares about his followers and wants to help them improve their game. He has a great sense of humor and is always up for a good laugh, but when it comes to golf, he’s serious about helping others succeed.
As for me, Bryan, I may not have started playing golf until my 20s, but I’ve put in the time and effort to become pretty darn good. My main goal with this blog is to share my knowledge and help other golfers improve their game. I write informative, relatable, and down-to-earth content that will help golfers at all levels.
Together, Jabez and I make a great team. We’re both passionate about golf and we want to help you improve your game. We’re excited to share our knowledge and experience with you, so join us on this journey and let’s take our games to the next level together!
We are on a mission
Golf isn’t like playing football or cricket. It’s a game of a lifetime. It requires time, patience, and a lot of effort to get good at it, but the goal is to get right away with the basics and just start playing. And that’s where we come in. We aim to get you playing golf as soon as possible so you can experience the joy and satisfaction of it.
We want to show you that golf is a game for everyone, and anyone can learn it, regardless of age or skill level.
With that said, IAmLearningHowToGolf.com covers everything related to golf for beginners. From the basics of how to swing a club to more advanced topics like course management and strategic thinking.
We also review different products related to golf so that you can make an informed decision on what to buy. And we do it all with a dash of humor because golf can be frustrating, but it is more beginner-friendly to help out all the new golfers just starting out and facing the same challenges we did.
We want to make golf more approachable to show people that learning how to golf can be fun, rewarding, and life-changing.
